New Construction
Depending on the job, schedule bookings though out the year are accepted. New construction painting is done through a series of steps that need to be coordinated with the other trades working on the site. Surface preparation, like with all painting, makes or breaks the job. The combination of having quality drywall installers, finishing carpenters, and painters will give you the best results.

Windows
Not only will regular cleaning and maintenance help keep windows looking great for years to come, but avoiding dirty windows can also help prevent window damage, protect indoor air quality and maintain your home’s energy efficiency levels. We recommend cleaning windows every one or two months for optimal performance.

I believe in meeting my clients needs and making those needs realistic. Quality work is takes time, patience, and a key eye for detail to produce a high standard outcome. Which is what I strive for. Below are some examples to keep in mind when receiving a quote.
Prep work
- Surface preparation is key too when expecting a perfect outcome. Its important because paint can’t adhere to unprepared surfaces. The paint will peel, crack, bubble up, and flake because it is not sticking to the surface. Bubbly paint does not do anything for curb appeal or your bottom line.

Prime
- Primer is a base coat used to help treat a surface before applying a topcoat. Accordingly, primer is formulated to ensure maximum adhesion. Better paint adhesion means your paint job lasts longer. Likewise, primer acts as a sealer for porous surfaces that would otherwise absorb the first few coats of paint.

Paint
- Proper & professional paintingshould always have a minimum of two coats applied. A fresh paint job actually does more than simply look good. Quality exterior paint and the right exterior painting services work as an added layer of protection from the elements, helping to keep your home safe from weather damage, insects, and dust. The paint can even prevent exterior wood from rotting.
